Practice serves new questions. Review brings back the questions due today, scheduled by spaced repetition. Oral cases rehearse the oral exam stage by stage: describe, history, investigations, diagnosis, management.
Tap Report issue on a question to flag a typo, an outdated guideline or a disputed answer. You can have one open report per question.
Once you have answered a question, its discussion opens under the explanation. Use Report on a comment that breaks the rules.
Free is a set of 65 questions, five from every subspecialty. Core is $319, paid once, for 12 months. Residency is $619, paid once, for 36 months. No subscription. Groups of 10 or more residents: email us for a quote.
Two-step verification with an authenticator app is required on Core and Residency, and optional on Free (turn it on in Settings). Lost your phone? Sign in with a backup code, then set up a new authenticator; no backup codes, email us. Delete account is at the bottom of Settings. For a copy of your data, email us.
